Fall Lantern

It am itching for fall. I have seen some beautifully decorated lanterns on Pinterest.  I decided to try my hand at it.   I didn't want anything too frilly or ornate.

Here is what I cam up with....

I used one of those battery controlled candles and a few fall colored silk leaves.

So simple yet so cozy.
 It is wonderful in the evenings.... I set the timer on the candle for 4 hours.  It turns out after supper and turns off before bedtime. 

New Beds for Daisy Dog

Daisy Dog's bed  under the kitchen table was looking icky.  She also likes to nap in our family room on a stack of blankets.  The blankets were cluttering up the living  room. We splurged and bought her two new beds.  The two beds are the same so I only took pictures of one of the beds.

She even liked the tag.  :)

She was ready for a nap in her new bed. 

No more blankets cluttering our living room and we said good-bye to her icky bed. 

Spring in the Living Room

I finally hung up the bunny garland that I made a few weeks ago.
