Purple Quilt Topper is Done!!

I finally found a couple hours in my day to finish the quilt topper that I started MONTHS ago.

Lots of detailed stitching!!

I had yet another picture that refused the rotate.  Silly 

All of the blocks in this quilt are either flower or star themed.

This block pattern was neither star themed or flower themed but I like it. So... I added it to the quilt.

Purple Quilt Blocks and Layout

I am finally done cutting and piecing together blocks for my wild purple quilt.

Here are the remaining blocks that I worked on this past weekend:

This is my proposed layout for this quilt.  

I still need to sew down the rest of the pieces on each block and sew on the edges.  Each of the blocks are 15 inches.  I am hoping this makes for a nice lap quilt.

Now to cut out my binding and purchase fabric for the back.
