I decided to take a break from sewing quilt blocks.
I want the short version of this pattern....
I am a bit curvy (unlike the skinny models on the pattern cover) so I am hoping it fits me when I am done.
Here is the dress so far....
I still need to finish the sleeves
.... and i need to tack down the interfacing around the neck
Will post the finished pictures (hopefully tomorrow). I am tempted to add some embellishments around the neck.
This is my first time making a dress on my own. If it works, I might make myself a few summer dresses.
